Hi, I’m DANIELLE SINN.
Chef by trade, I worked in restaurants, recreational culinary schools & private residences throughout the US and Europe. I grew up watching and eventually helping my parents run a successful construction company in the St. Louis, MO area. I learned all of the ins and outs of home building and home upkeep, and that no small task can be overlooked. Working as a private chef and nanny in the US was the bread and butter of my 20s. While I had many job ventures relating to cooking and childcare, what I found most interesting were the private homes I worked in. My talent of cheffing, background in residential design build and attention to details led me to this perfectly curated line of work.
I started my company in 2021 in The Netherlands. I worked primarily for families with multiple residences in Amsterdam, The Hague, London, Berlin & Canada. It was a necessity to work with expats, having made the mistake of moving to Holland without learning comprehensive Dutch. Through this hardship I created a company that tailored to my international clients unique needs and ended up with a handful of native Dutchies as well. Now, I am back stateside and expanding my expertise to the US market.
Traveling is a huge passion. I have a touch of wanderlust and enjoy immersive experiences that tend to be off the beaten path. In every country I’ve visited I made it a point to take a cooking class or a walking food tour to explore the different cultures, traditions, cuisines and methods of cooking.
I get kicks out of clean lines and organization. Problem solver by nature, I want to be your ‘yes man’ and find a solution to a problem at hand. Throw a big mess at me and I will find the rhyme and reason.
I speak comprehensive B2 Dutch, A2 Working French & A2 Working German. Now that I am back in the US, my next goal is to learn Spanish.
I have two very quirky dogs, Biscuit & Kevin, love a good sci-fi novel & a passion for trying diverse cuisines.
